Na temelju članka 13. Odluke o obavljanju trgovine na malo izvan prodavaonica na području Grada Pregrade (Službeni glasnik KZŽ 14/14,25/18) i Odluke Gradonačelnika Grada Pregrade,
Klasa:363-05/18-01/02, Ur.broj: 2214/01-02-18-2 od 11.06.2018. godine, objavljuje se sljedeći
NATJEČAJ
za prikupljanje ponuda za davanje u zakup javne površine za postavljanje kioska
PREDMET NATJEČAJA:
1. zakup lokacije putem prikupljanja pismenih ponuda za postavljanje kioska na slijedećoj lokaciji:

2. Idejno rješenje kioska: okvirne dimenzije 3600x2400x300 mm, čelična konstrukcija izrađena od profila, zaštićena temeljnom bojom i lakom, srebrne/sive boje, krov plastificiran i termo izoliran, s prednje strane klizni prozor za komunikaciju s kupcima i pult, tenda, sudoper i ocjeđivač, ulazna vrata bočno, električne instalacije, max starost 2 godine.
3. Zakupnik je u obvezi ishoditi o svom trošku svu potrebnu dokumentaciju za postavljanje kioska i obavljanje djelatnosti. Zakupnik je u obvezi započeti s obavljanjem djelatnosti u roku od 3 mjeseca od dana potpisivanja ugovora o zakupu.
4. Ugovor o zakupu lokacija za postavljanje kioska sklapa se na rok od (5) pet godina. Zakupnina za zakup lokacije za postavljanje kioska plaća se u mjesečnom iznosu po 1 m 2, po ispostavljenim fakturama.
OSTALI UVJETI NATJEČAJA:
5. Na natječaju mogu sudjelovati fizičke i pravne osobe registrirane za djelatnost koja će se obavljati u kiosku na lokaciji iz natječaja.
6. Ponuditelji su dužni uplatiti jamčevinu za lokaciju za koju se natječu, u iznosu od 2,000.00 kuna na žiroračun Grada Pregrade IBAN HR2523400091835200009, svrha uplate: JAMČEVINA ZA ZAKUP LOKACIJE ZA KIOSK sa pozivom na broj: HR68 5738- OIB UPLATITELJA.
7. Natječaj se provodi prikupljanjem pismenih ponuda koje moraju sadržavati:
dokaz da je ponuditelj uplatio jamčevinu;
presliku osobne iskaznice, ukoliko je ponuditelj fizička osoba,
presliku rješenja o upisu u sudski registar za pravne, odnosno obrtni registar za fizičke osobe,
visinu ponuđene zakupnine,
idejno rješenje kioska koji se namjerava postaviti,
dokaz o dospjelim i izvršenim obvezama prema Gradu Pregradi,
broj tekućeg ili žiro-računa na koji će Grad Pregrada izvršiti povrat jamčevine u slučaju neprihvaćanja ponude.
8. Na natječaju ne mogu sudjelovati ponuditelji koji nemaju uredno izvršene obveze prema Gradu Pregradi.
9. Ponude moraju biti zaprimljene u Gradu Pregradi bez obzira na način dostave najkasnije do 27. 06. 2018. godine.
Ponuditelji su dužni zapečatiti ponudu. Na omotnici treba naznačiti: "PONUDA ZA JAVNI NATJEČAJ ZA ZAKUP LOKACIJE ZA POSTAVLJANJE KIOSKA, -"NE OTVARATI" i adresu: Grad Pregrada, J.K. Tuškana 2, Pregrada.
Nepotpune, nepravodobno pristigle ponude i neoznačene kako je navedeno, neće se razmatrati. Nakon isteka roka za dostavu ponuda, nijedan ponuditelj ne može mijenjati sadržaj svoje ponude niti je zamijeniti novom.
10. Povjerenstvo za davanje u zakup javnih površina za postavljanje kioska u roku od 8 dana od završetka natječaja razmotrit će ponude i predložiti odabir najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja.
11. Najpovoljnijom će se smatrati ona ponuda koja uz ispunjenje svih uvjeta natječaja sadrži najviši iznos zakupnine.
12. Ukoliko dva ili više ponuditelja ponude isti iznos zakupnine, a njihove ponude su najpovoljnije, lokacija će biti dodijeljena putem licitacije ponuditelju koji ponudi najveći iznos zakupnine.
13. Po provedenom postupku natječaja odluku o odabiru najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja donosi Gradonačelnik.
Sudionici u natječaju izvijestit će se o izvršenom odabiru u roku od 8 dana od donošenja Odluke o izboru najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja.
14. Grad Pregrada i izabrani najpovoljniji ponuditelj sklapaju ugovor o zakupu.
15. Jamčevina koju su položili ponuditelji čije ponude nisu prihvaćene vratit će se najkasnije u roku od 8 dana od dana zaključenja natječaja. Ponuditelju čija ponuda bude prihvaćena, položena jamčevina uračunava se u zakupninu.
16. Grad Pregrada zadržava pravo da ne izvrši odabir po natječaju bez obveze davanja obrazloženja tog postupka i za isto ne snosi odgovornost.
